Full Day Live Events
The perfect follow up after completing a Mastermind Program. Have Dr. Moser out to your location. Invite as many people as you like. Spend the entire day working on S.I.M.P.L.E. Leadership skills. Role play difficult conversations and coaching scenarios. Learn, first hand how to turn Good questions into Great questions.
Study a process to better your communication and encourage team accountability. Learn why feedback is critical to improving any process and why you should never use the phrase “constructive criticism”.
Team Retreats

Dr. Moser has a perfect blend of fun activities and exercises to improve Trust, Vulnerability, and Self Awareness. Return to work with a new sense of purpose and vision.
